Outreach

Campaigns

Compose and send outreach to attendees from the event workspace.

Campaigns let you message people who already registered (or match a filter), for example all confirmed attendees, or only VIP ticket holders. Use campaigns for intentional updates, not for every minor edit on the website.

Create a campaign

  1. Open Marketing

Start from the event workspace marketing / campaigns area.

  2. Write the message

Name the campaign and write subject + body. You can start from a template or ask AI for a draft, then edit.

  3. Choose an audience

Filter by all attendees, ticket type, or status (confirmed, waitlisted). Narrow audiences reduce noise.

  4. Send or save

Send a test first, then send to the audience, or save as draft.

Audience ideas

Audience Good for
All confirmed Venue change, major schedule update
One ticket type Workshop-only instructions
Waitlisted “A spot opened” messages

Good practice

Also:

  • Put the important detail in the first sentence
  • Link back to the public event page for full details
  • Avoid sending multiple campaigns the same day unless urgent
